- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Processing times may be extended during peak shopping seasons or promotional periods.
Delivery Time
Saudi Arabia (KSA)
- Standard Delivery: 4–10 business days
GCC & International Orders
- Estimated delivery time: 7–20 business days, depending on destination and customs procedures.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and shipping method selected.
- Free shipping promotions may be available on selected products or minimum order values.
Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment status.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate at checkout.
- Ezvia is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
- Additional charges may apply for reshipping returned packages.
Delays & Lost Packages
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe or appears lost:
- Contact our support team with your order number.
- We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Split Deliveries
Since we work with multiple suppliers and fulfillment centers, items from the same order may arrive separately.
